Dalí Quartet with Jonathan Ragonese

Our 2026-2027 season begins with the Dalí Quartet and Jonathan Ragonese combining to redefine classical chamber music!

In the spring of 2025, esteemed string quartet the Dalí Quartet and saxophonist and composer Jonathan Ragonese premiered and recorded a new work by Adam Silverman: The Fishes Care Not About the Rain. This four-movement work adds to the tradition of soloist with string quartet, the quintets of Brahms, Mozart, Nielsen, Schumann and others. In their 2026-27 season, the group will be performing Silverman’s work along with a selection of masterworks for string quartet, and arrangements of American Songbook standards by Jonathan. The concert will span multiple centuries and styles, blending them seamlessly for chamber music audiences.
